The following is the Security Incident Report for July. It has been edited for clarity. FIRE: 2 •July 14, 11:32 a.m., Mutual 1 Papers left on a resident’s stovetop caught on fire. Orange County Fire Authority responded to the call. There was no damage to the unit. •July 17, 12:45 a.m., Mutual 2 A resident reported a burning smell in the unit. No smoke fire, or damage was observed.
