The election cycle for the Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) Board of Directors representing Mutual 2 (two seats) and Mutuals 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 (one seat) began in February. A Mutual Board of Directors may appoint a nominating committee for the purpose of recommending a candidate for election, who will be given candidate instructions by the Stock Transfer Office.
