Mutual 14 is the first Mutual to receive the voting ballots to elect their Mutual Board of Directors. All other Mutuals will receive their ballots according to the election schedule on the left. The shareholders will receive cumulative and non-cumulative voting ballots in the mail. Cumulative voting offers multiple votes (based on the Mutual) to give to certain candidates. Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon.
It is open to anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Arrive 10 minutes before the start time as meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
