CAL FRESH CalFresh will help people apply for SNAP/EBT benefits at the GRF Health Expo set for June 28 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. Eligible seniors must meet income guidelines as follows: up to $2,430 a month for one person; $3,288 for a two-person household; and $4,144 for a three-person household. The applying household must have at least one citizen or legal permanent resident

The North Gate will be closed from 7-10 a.m. on Monday, June 10, to test the gate, finetune RFID signals and install equipment. On Monday, June 17, one lane of the Main Gate will be closed at 7 a.m. to install an RFID antenna, which will pave the way for guests and residents to enter the Main Gate in either lane. Currently non-residents have a separate lane. The work is expected to take 4-5 hours.

RESIDENT PORTALS Last year, the Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) implemented a new electronic management system called CINC, which included a Resident Portal to give registered Leisure World residents access to their Mutual accounts for payment processing and other information.
