FILIPINO ASSOCIATION OF LEISURE WORLD The Filipino Association of Leisure World (FALW) will celebrate its annual luau-dinner dance on Saturday, Sept. 7, in Clubhouse 2 at 5:30 p.m. All residents are invited to attend this joyous celebration and experience the Pacific Islanders lifestyle. Food will be a mixed Pacific Islanders cuisine. The centerpiece of the main menu will be a roasted pig.

The Japanese American Club will hold its annual picnic on Friday, Aug. 16, at 11:30 a.m. in the picnic area at Clubhouse 1. Guest speaker Adrienne Rosenfeld will discuss healthy living. The Emergency Information Council (EIC) held its third vital document scanning event on July 22. Sixteen residents brought their stock and membership certificates, medical power of attorney documents and other important papers to be scanned onto a free thumb drive.
