GAF AND RALPHS COMMUNITY REWARDS Merced Sanchez (l-r) and Helen Evangelista received help sigining up for the Ralphs Community Rewards program from GAF volunteers Fara Mccartney and Geneva Potepan. GAF volunteers will be in Clubhouse 6 every Wednesday to help residents sign up for the program from 9-11 a.m. People will need to bring a cell phone to use the code they receive during process.

It will remain open Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon, for anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis and come with 1% milk. LW Minibus service is available for a pick up

Wa-Rite is a women-only club that meets on Friday mornings from 9-10 in Clubhouse 3, Room 1. Weigh-ins are from 8-8:45. Dues are $10 a year, plus 10 cents upon signing in. LW ID cards must be shown. Female residents who want to find support on their weight-loss journey and meet like-minded people are welcome to stop by one of Wa-Rite’s meetings.
