CALFRESH CalFresh, a USDAfunded nutrition assistance program, can help qualifying Leisure World residents receive healthy fruits and vegetables, among other groceries. Food deliveries are made near Clubhouse 4 on a monthly basis. Recipients receive a card similar to a debit card with money loaded every month to shop for more fruit, vegetables, protein and other healthy foods. CalFresh

The GRF Transportation Department conducts monthly 1.5hour bus tours of Leisure World on first Tuesday of the month for all LW residents. Included are GRF clubhouses, Turtle Lake Golf Course, Mission Park, the 1.8-Acre disposal and recycling area, as well as the Leisure World Library and the Main Gate bus station.
