Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, when clocks will “spring forward” and reset at 3 a.m. In exchange for one lost hour of sleep, people will enjoy longer and sunnier evenings until November. Battery-powered clocks, including those in watches, microwaves, ovens and certain vehicles, may need to be adjusted manually.

GOLDEN AGE FOUNDATION The Golden Age Foundation (GAF) will hold a shredding service on Tuesday, March 11, in the Clubhouse 2 parking lot from 10 a.m.-noon. To make sure the shredding service runs smoothly, the GAF asks residents to follow these guidelines: • Do not arrive earlier than 10 a.m. • Place documents to be shredded in paper bags in the passenger seat and stay in the car.
