The GRF Recreation Department is co-sponsoring a new study with Pepperdine University to examine how seniors view and utilize technology to support independent living. The survey is being conducted by social science researchers Dr. Doreen Shanahan and Dr. Jillian Alderman. Arirang Club meets Sundays in CH 6 upstairs


The LW Arirang Club meets Sundays upstairs in Clubhouse 6 from 5-8 p.m. The club previously met on Fridays, but changed the schedule to reduce noise impact on people exercising at the gym. The club provides residents the opportunity to experience Arirang while learning to play and enjoy the janggu, a traditional a Korean hourglassshaped drum, and to drum.
