CITY OF SEAL BEACH In response to the public’s request for extended operating hours, the City of Seal Beach Senior Transportation Services operating hours were extended starting Nov. 16. OC SANITATION DISTRICT The Orange County Sanitation District has installed a 2-mile stretch of sewer pipeline in the City of Seal Beach to improve the regional system.
