GOVERNANCE Updated GRF bylaws, which serve as a legal guide for community governance and operations, are now available for all residents to access on the resident portal, CINC. The GRF Board updated the antiquated bylaws earlier this year to modernize the 1960s-era document. PARKING AND COMMUNITY ENTRY The expiration date of the RFID tag located on your vehicle’s headlight is the same as the expiration date of the GRF decal displayed on your windshield. In many cases, when an RFID tag does not activate the gate upon entry, it is due to an expired GRF decal on the vehicle. Remember that a GRF decal authorizes a resident to park in their assigned carport

Pharmacy adds gift wrapping, hot cocoa and Saturday hours

MEDCARE PHARMACY The Medcare Medical Pharmacy attached to the Optum Health Care center is offering special services during the holiday season. The pharmacy is now open Saturdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. A coffee and hot cocoa booth will be set up Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Gift wrapping services will be available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information, call 714-557-2982
