The Leisure World Cribbage Club meets each Tuesday in Clubhouse 1. Players are encouraged to be present by 12:15 p.m. Announcements are made at 12:25, and play begins at 12:30. One dollar is collected from each member at the table, providing prize money for the top total scores of the day. New members are welcome. Dues are $5. The Leisure Time Dancers hold classes on Monday afternoons in the dance studio, upstairs in Clubhouse 6. West Coast swing will be taught at 2 p.m., followed by night club two step at 3. Beginners are welcome. No partner is necessary. The class will rotate so everyone dances. A review of basics is included. The cost is $8 per person for one class; $12 per person for two classes in a single day.

TOURNAMENT POKER CLUB The Tournament Poker Club invites all residents to play a fun and friendly game of Texas Hold ‘Em for a $5 buy-in at the tournament on Saturday, June 14. Regular tournaments are on the first three Saturdays of every month in Clubhouse 6, starting with coffee and treats and registration at 10 a.m. Cards are in the air at 10:30. The Saturday Morning Dance Club hosts two dance classes every week in Clubhouse 6 on the second floor. In June the classes are waltz at 9 a.m., followed by foxtrot at 10 a.m. Each class is $7 per person. Participants vote on new dance topics every month. The Yahtzee Club will meet July 4 in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby at 2 p.m. Bring small bills. There will be a halftime social to interact with neighbors. Legends of Rock: Saturday, June 14 Legends of Rock will play on Saturday, June 14, from 6-9 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. The band plays the top rock tunes from the ‘50s-‘80s. Led by Mutual 17 resident Jon Pearlstone, the group performs monthly under the LW Pickleball Club and always fills the house.
