The GRF Stock Transfer Offi ce tracks escrow sales each month to monitor sales of units in Leisure World. Home sales provide an important component to GRF revenue streams. With the sale of every unit, there is a one-time Trust Property Use Fee that is directly channeled into the GRF reserve fund. On-Site Home Sales also contributes an annual give-back that helps offset monthly assessments.
