The Concerned Shareholders Club will meet Thursday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. This meeting has been moved back one week,and is the last meeting of the year. The group will discuss the status of the pedestrian gate solution, the hiring process and status for the executive director position and the final budget numbers.

GOLDEN AGE FOUNDATION The Golden Age Foundation (GAF) will host the final Salvation Army donation drive of the year on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. in the Amphitheater parking lot. This bi-monthly event provides residents a convenient venue to drop off donations and save shareholders money since it cuts down on expensive haul-away costs for items that were previously disposed

The American Latino Club will not meet in November. Members are encouraged to attend the GRF bus trip to the Museum of Latin American Art on Wednesday, Nov. 19. The club will meet on Wednesday, Dec. 3, in Clubhouse 2, from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The country of the month will be Peru. The day after the Prop. 50 Special Election, the backers of the voter ID initiative announced that a record breaking 500,000-plus signatures have been collected of the required 874,641 needed. That’s over 500,000 signatures

SHUFFLEBOARD CLUB The annual Shuffleboard Club Turkey Shoot is Wednesday, Nov. 19 at the courts from 3-5 p.m. Sign ups are available at the courts.
