GRF BOARD HIGHLIGHTS The GRF Board voted Oct. 28 to spend up to $52,888.70, reserve funding, to replace 192 damaged and stained chairs with vinyl upholstered versions in the clubhouse event rooms. Expect delays on St. Andrews during paving


CONSTRUCTION ZONE Road work at St. Andrews Drive north of the traffic light is currently underway, affecting traffic in north- and southbound lanes. The repairs are expected to last through mid-to-late November. The work is part of GRF’s annual paving plan, which includes crack fill, slurry seal and resurfacing to increase the durability and lifespan of roadways throughout the community.
