Coin Club

Coin Club


The Coin Club will meet Aug. 13 at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The club meets on the second Wednesday of every month. Members can have coins viewed and questions answered. Time is set aside to view coins, followed by a business meeting and an education session. A video will explain the three key factors that determine a coin’s value. Everyone is welcome. The annual membership fee is $10.

Karaoke practice sessions are always a surprise. On July 21, the group enjoyed guests visiting from Arizona. The Monday afternoon practice sessions from 1-3 p.m. in Clubhouse 6 feature a smaller group and are fast-paced. Frank Miller repeats his chosen songs until he’s comfortable with the tempo. David Noble gets into the character of a tune. Vito Villamor has a prepared list of new songs to try.
