MASK UPDATE Gov. Gavin Newsom announced on Feb. 8 via Twitter that effective Feb. 15 the indoor mask mandate will be lifted for anyone who is vaccinated. The Orange County Transportation Authority, in cooperation with Caltrans, is widening the San Diego Freeway (I-405) between SR-73 and I-605.
