CITY OF SEAL BEACH The City of Seal Beach sponsors a free Senior Transportation Service to help people get out and about. The 20-passenger shuttle runs on a fixed route with stops at the Seal Beach Pier, Leisure World, the Rossmoor Shopping Center and the North Seal Beach Community Center.
