The Golden Rain Foundation Board of Directors on Sept. 20 approved a $24 million spending plan for 2024. The budget includes a 10-percent increase, to $20.02, in GRF assessments per apartment per month. That brings the total 2024 assessment to $213.25 per apartment per month. The 2023 GRF Paving Project will continue with the paving and slurry of five more streets, including Glenview, Twin Hills Drive, South Fairfield Lane, Fresh Meadow Lane and Kenwood Road.
