The Seal Beach Citizen-Council Parking Advisory Ad Hoc Committee is seeking input on the future of parking in Old Town. An online survey is available at sealbeachca. gov/Departments/Parking. As part of the I-405 Improvement Project, crews will begin testing the 405 Express Lanes system as early as mid-October. Testing will require closures of the I-605 and SR-22 HOV connectors, and may require intermittent lane closures on I-405.
