POOL PROGRESS With City of Seal Beach and Orange County Health Care Agency approvals in place, work on the pool has begun in earnest. As of July 27, pool excavation was 80 percent complete with the job expected to be completed by the end of the week. Workers have begun plumbing and electrical trenching. Locker rooms have been prepped for slab pouring, and laying the plumbing pipes will soon
