LW Orchestra Free Holiday Concert
The Leisure World Community Orchestra will host its annual free holiday concert on Saturday, Dec. 2, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. All are welcome to attend.
The 40-plus-piece orchestra has been rehearsing twice a week since September under the direction of Dr. Samuel Kim.
The program will include classical and modern pieces and a sing-along. The show will also introduce the orchestra’s new assistant
Community Karaoke
Nina Todorov charmed the audience with a bubbly tune, “Ob la Di Ob la Da,” at last week’s karaoke night. “Black Velvet” was a smooth number by Vinny Correnti. Let the Good Times Roll
“Rock and Roll Holiday” will be the theme for the Let the Good Times Roll show on Saturday, Nov. 18, in Clubhouse 2. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6.

GARDEN CLUB
The Garden Club will meet Monday, Nov. 20, at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 2. Mutual 8 resident Elizabeth Butterfi eld will be the featured speaker. She will demonstrate how to create a fresh foliage holiday wreath.
