FITNESS FUSION Fitness Fusion Club meets on Tuesdays in Clubhouse 6 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and on Thursdays and Saturdays at Veterans Plaza from 10:30-11:30 a.m. A modified version of the yoga sun salute pose is used in class as a cool down exercise. The Joyful Line Dance Club meets on Thursdays from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The first half hour is for beginners and intermediate dancers. After a brief break, the students practice more advanced dances.
