There are two dance classes every Saturday morning in Clubhouse 6 (second floor). In September, the classes are nightclub two-step at 9 a.m., followed by cha-cha at 10. Each class is $7 per person. In honor of Veterans Day, the Recreation Department is conducting a GRF bus trip to tour the Battleship Iowa on Thursday, Nov. 7. The USS Iowa served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Cold War. The ship earned eleven battle stars, thousands of sailors have called the ship home, and five U.S. presidents have visited it.
