RETIRED TEACHERS ASSOCIATION The California Retired Teachers’ Association (CalRTA) will host a luncheon on Friday, Oct. 4, at noon in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. The guest speaker will be Diane Henry, who will discuss the evolution of the U.S. teachers’ retirement system. Thanks to the California founder, Laura E. Settle, teachers have had a decent retirement system for the past 95 years.
