The LW Chess Club meets every Friday in Clubhouse 3, Room 7, from 1-4:30 p.m. Beginners lessons are available. Keep Alzheimer’s and dementia at bay by practicing this strategy game, proven to improve short and long-term memory and critical thinking skills. Coin Club will meet March 11

Coin Club will meet March 11


The Coin Club will meet Wednesday, March 11, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. Leisure World coin reviewer Andy Kmita will be the speaker. The club meets the second Wednesday of each month. Members can have coins viewed and questions answered. Time is allotted to view coins, followed by a business meeting and an education session at 1:30. Everyone is welcome. Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a free evening of music, dancing and good cheer at Clubhouse 1 on Tuesday, March 17.
