OC REGISTRAR For residents who prefer to vote in person, the Golden Rain Foundation, in conjunction with the Orange County Registrar of Voters, has arranged a one-day on-site Pop-Up Vote Center on Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Clubhouse 6 parking lot.
