Meals on Wheels Orange County partnered with the city of Seal Beach to host a senior lunch program—The Lunch Cafe, at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Drive, Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, starting at 11 a.m. It is open to anyone 60 or older.
