A few weeks of play into the winter shuffleboard season, the Shuffleboard Club captains of each team are getting used to the players on their teams and vice versa. The captains’ roles are essential and multi-faceted. The Yahtzee Club will play Friday, Jan. 30, in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby at 2 p.m. There will be a halftime social to interact with neighbors. The club meets the first, third and fifth Fridays of each month. Bring small bills. The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served from noon-12:15 and anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. Dues are $5 yearly and are currently being collected. Each player pays $1 to play and those finishing in the top four scores will receive prize money the following week.
