The Seal Beach Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect responsible for committing thefts inside the Leisure World community. The Rollin' Thunder Golf Cart Holiday Parade meandered down most of LW's main thoroughfares Dec. 10. Residents decorated their golf carts and lined up at Clubhouse 6 to start the annual event.
