CITY OF SEAL BEACH The City of Seal Beach City Hall, 211 Eighth St., will be closed from Dec. 23-Jan. 2 for the holidays. The next city council meeting is Monday, Jan. 9, at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. City Council and Planning Commission meetings can be viewed on SBTV-3 and on the city’s YouTube Channel. The City of Seal Beach partners with Meals on Wheels OC to provide a senior lunch program at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Drive, Seal Beach. A dine-in lunch is served from 11 a.m.-noon on weekdays. Lunches are nutritious and offer protein, vegetables, fruit and dessert, plus milk and sugar-free desserts if desired. The lunch program is open to all adults age 60 years and older.

STOCK TRANSFER GRF identification cards expire in 2023 for members in Mutual 8, 9, 11 and 14. Residents who live those Mutuals must renew their GRF ID cards during their month of birth. To renew a GRF ID, people should stop by Stock Transfer anytime during the month of their birthday to obtain a replacement card. The expiration date is located in the right corner of all GRF ID cards.
