PUBLIC WORKS Construction work at the Seal Beach Pump Station on the corner of Seal Beach Boulevard and Westminster Avenue began in spring of this year and is expected to continue for the next four years. In some cases, people left their vehicles unlocked and in one case, a passenger window was smashed to gain entrance. Nothing of value was reported stolen.
