Tibor “Ted” Rubin, the Medal of Honor veteran featured in a story in the Oct. 2 LW Weekly, died in 2015 at the age of 86. At its last meeting, the GRF Board approved a proposal to reduce the annual Community Gardens plot fee from $150 to $75.
