Editor: Recently I've heard from several of our Minibus drivers that bicyclists have an oblivious disregard for obeying the posted stop signs here in Leisure World. Several close-call encounters that have involved bus drivers or pedestrians have occurred. Bicyclists on the streets are governed by the same regulations as motor vehicles and must stop at all signs and lights before advancing
