Where We Live Club

Even in a community as large and diverse as Leisure World, it can be surprisingly easy for a relatively small number of people to become the voices heard most often. They attend meetings, ask questions, write letters, and offer their opinions. The Where We Live Club exists to create a place where more shareholders feel comfortable joining the conversation—not just those who already know how everything works or are accustomed to speaking up. Participation isn’t only about questioning decisions. It is also about recognizing good work, offering solutions, volunteering, listening to another point of view, and helping turn an idea into something useful. The Where We Live Club will meet on Monday Nov. 2, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, from 6-7 p.m. to continue the conversation.
