See Beach Boys’ Al Jardine live in concert on Oct. 11

Tickets are available for a special evening with Al Jar-dine— founding member of The Beach Boys—and The Pet Sounds Band on Sunday, Oct. 11, at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts. Bus trip tickets are $99.

This is a chance to hear the music of The Beach Boys performed by one of the musicians who was there from the beginning. Jardine helped form The Beach Boys with Brian, Carl and Dennis Wilson and Mike Love and sang lead on the No. 1 hit “Help Me, Rhonda.”

Jardine is joined by The Pet Sounds Band, featuring longtime members of Brian Wilson’s touring band who were handpicked by Wilson. The concert celebrates the music of The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson with classics including “California Girls,” “I Get Around,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “Sloop John B,” “Surfin’ USA,” “Good Vibrations” and “God Only Knows.”

The concert begins at 7 p.m. The bus will depart from the Amphitheater bus loading area at 5:15. Participants should arrive no later than 4:45.
