Pickleball Club offers lessons each Wednesday

The LW Pickleball Club offers free lessons to residents who want to learn the game of pickleball. Classes are held Wednesdays at 10 a.m. at the courts behind Clubhouse 2. The classes are designed for first time players and cover basic strokes, rules, scoring and strategy. Each week during the month the skills levels increase. The second week’s lessons emphasize the serve, volley and dinks. Second and third week lessons instruct in court positioning and strategies. Follow up lessons review the previous week’s skill sets.

Court instructors help prepare players for a lifetime of fun and laughter on the court. Follow-up additional classes are offered each Wednesday for further skill development. Paddles and balls are available during the lessons. Court shoes are required. No reservations are required. For more information, contact Linda Evenson at 561577-3283.
