Visit the Senior Expo on Aug. 26

Leisure World residents can attend the City of Los Alamitos’ MemorialCare Elevate Encore Senior Expo on Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 10 a.m.-noon at the Los Alamitos Community Center (10911 Oak St.). This is a free, informative event featuring resources and information to assist in building connection and support. Resources will be available on transportation, caregiving, leisure services, health and well-being, volunteer opportunities, and more. Attendees can enjoy a light breakfast, receive a free giveaway if they are among the first 150 attendees, and be entered to win opportunity drawings throughout the event.
