Setting It Straight

The term of GRF Director Janet Isom’s service was incorrect in the June 11 edition. Isom, who officially resigned her Mutual 16 seat on June 9, served from 2019 to 2026, including a term as GRF president (2024-25) and as treasurer (2021-22). Her presidency was marked by positive changes that included reinstating the Finance Committee, the Stock Transfer Office remodel and championing the new on-call bus service.

Also, it was incorrectly stated that a community-wide election might be held to fill her seat in the event a Mutual 16 resident is unavailable. The GRF would appoint a director in that scenario, and no election would be required.
