Safety is a priority in Leisure World. GRF Health and Safety Manager Eloy Gomez works with community groups in the event of a disaster.

The following are resources for LW residents:

• CERT study group (for LW residents): every fourth Friday at 9 a.m., Clubhouse 3, Room 9; for general public: every fourth Friday on odd months.

• Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training: five-week classes that are scheduled periodically.
