Join the Memorial Day celebration on May 25 in Clubhouse 2
AMERICAN LEGION
The American Legion Post and Auxiliary of Leisure World will sponsor the Annual Memorial Day Celebration on Monday, May 25, at 9:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 2. John Robinson, retiree of Boeing and current chairman of the space Propulsion Synergy Team and a member of Leisure World Post 327, will be the keynote speaker.
Entertainment will be provided by the Velvetones and Good News Singers along with the Sea Cadets posting colors and an audience participation sing along. Come join the fun and celebration of the country’s 250th year anniversary.
The American Legion Post 327 will honor veterans who passed away between May 2025-May 2026 at the Memorial Day service. Residents can submit veterans’ names to be honored and their branch of service to Lee Esslinger by calling 310-491-8990.
