Scrabble Club

The Leisure World Scrabble Club meets every Wednesday from

1-4 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 5. New members are welcome.

The club met on April 8, 15 and 22. There were 29 scores above

300 and 12 bingos (i.e. the use of all seven tiles in one move.)

Diane Seeger led with nine scores higher than 300 and three bingos. Her totals ranged from 301-407. Jim Schneiderman topped

300 five times. He posted four bingos and had a range from 311-401.

Suthy Edgar had three scores above 300 and three bingos. Her scores ranged from 331-408. Larry Edgar bettered 300 four times with a range from 301-366. Myrna Losquadro exceeded 300 three times and posted two bingos. Her range was from 309-370.

Sylvia Makus topped 300 three times, with a range from 333-362. Sue Ann Gass and Donna Perkins recorded scores of 342 and

327, respectively.
