LW Bicycle Group

The LW Bicycle Group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m.

Biking is a low-impact exercise that strengthens cardiovascular health, enhances balance and boosts cognitive function. Helmets and safe shoes are required.
