LW Baptist

On Sunday, March 22, the LW Baptist Church message will focus on the basis for acceptance with God. The Bible records the apostle Paul’s prayer in Philippians 3:9, “That I may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the law, but that which is by faith in Christ, the righteousness which is of God through faith.”

Moses, like Paul, reminds God’s people that it is not for their righteousness that they are saved, but because of their redemption and the intercession of their mediator that God has granted them his mercy and favor.
