CAPOC Food Box Delivery

Where: Clubhouse 4 People must get their cards stamped in the Ceramics Room before picking up a box of food. Requirements: over 60 years of age and receiving no more than $1,957 monthly. A picture ID must be shown. New sign-ups are welcome.
