Members of the Dutch Club decided on the club's newly minted bylaws at its first meeting. Those who want to join the club are welcome to attend the meeting on March 23 in Clubhouse 3, Room 3, from 2:30-6 p.m. Kopje koffie drinken! (Let's have a coffee!)
