Joyful Line Dance Club greets GRF Executive Director during the break

The foyful Line Dance Club had the pleasure to spend a few minutes between the dances with GRF Executive Director David Norvell. On Feb. 26, over 70 people came out to get their exercise in, meet Norvell in person, and pose for a group photo. The club meets on Thursdays in Clubhouse 2 from 10 a.m.-noon.

Albert Comia leads the first hour of the class with easy dances for beginners. After a short break, Karen Kei teaches more advanced dances for the rest of the class. This month, members are learning “I fust Might” by Bruno Mars, under Keis guidance.

Everyone is welcome to join. All participants must be members of the club and sign in with their name, and Mutual and unit number. Annual membership is $20 and cannot be prorated. Exercise shoes are recommended. For more information, contact Anna Derby at 562-301-5339.
