Wednesday karaoke nights open to all

KARAOKE CLUB

The Karaoke Club holds weekly karaoke nights on Wednesdays from 5:30-9:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 1. The evenings are a blast. The Jan. 28 country-western night brought out the cowboy hats and boots, with old-time campfire tunes filling the room.

Martha Destra had everyone singing along to “Wagon Wheel,” and “Happy Trails to You” was a crowd favorite, beautifully sung by Carmen Edwards and Dorothy Ferrington. Joan Rosenberg delivered a peppy “Jolene.” Spirits were high—folks danced in the aisles, shook hands and shared plenty of smiles.

All are welcome to join the fun. Many are surprised by the talent of their friends and neighbors.
