An article and table in the Jan. 29 edition of the Leisure World Weekly misstated the total value of Trust Property Use Fee (TPUF) income collected by the Golden Rain Foundation in association with escrows in 2025. The correct value is $3,170,916. This figure does not include TPUF income collected from renters and unit transfers, which brings the total TPUF income for the year to $3,618,959.60.
