TAX SEASON

The LW Library has many federal forms available for pick up at no cost to residents.

Additional federal forms and state forms are arriving every week.

Don’t see the form you are looking for?

Ask a library staff member to see the master set of forms and have a reproduction made at the copier for 10 cents per page.

The LW Library is open Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
