Program offers rehoming for pets after an owner’s passing

FROSTED FACES FOUNDATION

The Final Wish Program from the Frosted Faces Foundation is in place to ensure the safety and long life of a senior’s pet upon passing or incapacitation. When there are no other options, and pet owners do not want to assign their pet the uncertain fate of being surrendered to the shelter, the foundation is committed to matching each pet with a family and providing quality veterinary care for their entire natural life.

Once contacted, the Frosted Faces Foundation immediately houses the pet, providing food, shelter and necessary veterinary care by experienced staff. The pet will be placed with a thoroughly screened family. The foundation will always take the pet back if it is placed with a family who cannot honor the lifelong commitment for the pet at any time. The foundation also covers lifelong medical expenses at its veterinary hospital, and will never euthanize a pet for treatable health conditions or undesirable behaviors.

The Final Wish Program asks for a minimum donation of $2,000 per pet to support the cost of fulfilling its promises to you and for your pet for up to three pets per household. To get started enrolling with the Final Wish Program, go to www.frostedfacesfoundation. org/finalwish to download, fill out and return the documents with the pet’s information to the Frosted Faces Foundation. Documents can be emailed to info@frostedfacesfoundation.org, or mailed to Kelly Smíšek, Frosted Faces Foundation, 1448 Pine Street, Ramona, CA 92065.

For more information about the Final Wish Program, or to have the Final Wish Program documents mailed to you home, email info@frostedfacesfoundation.org, or call 858-304-0204.
